3. Drainage Search Report Shropshire Property Search is pleased to advise that we now provide Drainage Search Reports to satisfy client demand. The Drainage Search Report includes your copy of the plan showing the location of the PUBLIC FOUL SEWER and MAINS WATER services nearest to the property concerned. This service covers the whole of the SEVERN TRENT WATER area and other areas on request.
4. Mining Searches Mining reports can be requested. These are provided by the Coal Authority. If the initial postcode search does not recommend a search then no fee will be charged.
